I'm currently coveting high low dresses. Being vertically challenged with a pear shaped body, it can be a little troublesome when it comes to full length maxis that are flattering. But high low dresses help break up the proportions and add more shape. As I was wandering around aimlessly this weekend trying to find new clothes, I stumbled upon a ton of cute ones at Forever 21. If you are iffy about trying this trend, definitely check out F21 because you can wear the piece once if you don't love it and not feel guilty about dropping $20 on it.

I would love to partake in the trend - especially in those fabulous colors!
Chic on the Cheap
I bought a High-low dress this past fall (they were considered "mullet" dresses then, I like the name change) I really like mine. I'm 5'4 and very pear shaped, so I think it elongates me. I am in the market of a high-low skirt at the moment :)

These are cute! I would try them. If I had any time to shop (or do anything else) these days. Waaaa! (That's me being a big baby!) Hope you are well!
I love the High-Low dress, they're flirty and feminine. I just bought a couple off of modcloth.com

I totally agree with you - I got a hilo skirt from F21. It doesn't break the bank for a fun dress/skirt! :)

You know I love you lil [soon to be!] mama ..but saying it's ok to waste $20 on a dress from f21 hurts my heart. Why not suggest to your readers that they try to find a maxi dress from a thrift store or second hand store like buffalo that they could DIY into a mullet dress? No one should be buying something that they would only wear once, regardless of how "cheap" it is.
I am loving high low skirts this season. You showcased some great pieces! Love the colors of them.
