By no means am I going to take any credit for this delish recipe because obviously I'm not.  However, I will take credit for being smart enough to make it for my family last Sunday and enjoyed every single bite.

So what makes this chicken so famous?  Rao's is a famous restaurant in Harlem, NY that gained popularity not only for their lemon chicken (aka Uncle Vincent's Lemon Chicken on their menu), but their amazing pasta sauces as well.  Rao's which has been featured on many food shows, is an iconic place and getting a table is tough.  So instead of trying to nab a table try this recipe!
